The KIA YES Learnership Programme aims to empower unemployed youth by equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the automotive sector.
Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend ranging from R5000 to R7000, helping to support their financial needs during the learnership period.

The KIA YES Learnership Programme is open to applicants from all provinces in South Africa. To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

- Age Requirement:Â Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Educational Qualification:Â A Grade 12/Matric certificate is required.
- Unemployment Status:Â Applicants must currently be unemployed.
