- Manage all operations requests for responsible sites, supporting service requests for other companies.
- List of tickets and resolutions from the service desk.
- Ensure tickets are closed within SLA.
- Report from Service Desk. Use this Jira service desk guide.
- Keep number of open tickets to below 5 Review with Group IT Operations Manager for assistance with tickets. Jira report and stat will be used.
- Keep number of pending tickets to below 3
- Advise Group IT Operations Manager on any long-term tickets that need to be moved to projects.
- Review with Group IT Operations Manager for assistance with tickets. Jira report and stats will be used.
Additional duties or Responsibilities
- Project work as requested by IT Manager / OPS Manager
- Completed as per SmartSheet projects. Any ADHOC work can be be listed on SmartSheets

Qualifications:
Grade 12 (Matric) National Senior Certificate (Essential)
A+ / N+ Diploma in Information Technology (Essential)
Bachelor of Science in Information
