Qualifications:

Honours Degree in HR or related field.
Post Graduate qualification in Management.
Qualification in Project Management will be advantageous.

Experience:

At least 10 – 15 years of technical knowledge and experience in HR.
At least 5-10 experience in labour relations and labour within the mining or construction industry.
HR Systems
Demonstrable experience in labour planning and contractor management.

Additional information:

Knowledgeable of industry relevant systems.
Demonstrate the ability to identify, analyse, evaluate, critically reflect on, and address complex problems
Data interpretation and demonstrate understanding, knowledge, and application of Workforce Planning and Staffing, Learning and Development, Performance Improvement and Management and Reward Management
