PepsiCo is currently seeking a Store Controller for their Krugersdorp location. This position entails overseeing and managing store operations, including inventory control and financial reconciliation. The closing date for applications is 21st May 2023.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the required inventory of spares
• Following up with vendors for delivery of open orders
• Ensure the receipt and issue of all engineering goods is in compliance of Pepsico policies
• Conduct monthly cycle counts as per COSO audit
• Preparing and Kit all planned jobs
• Carry out supplier performance reviews
• Advance communication to the Engineering and Production teams on lead times and stock outs
• Received consumables are administered & stored
• Create accurate purchase orders on SAP
• Ensure all critical stock is aligned with plant changes
• Recorded consumable movement
• Controlled issuing of consumables
• Maintained store hygiene and house keeping to ensure compliance with AIB & FSSC standards
• Applied practices, policies, standards, procedures and methods
• Resolved work area problems and report progress
• Ensuring stock availability at all times
• Assist with budget control
• Ensuring documentation is stored orderly and available at all times.
• Adhered to legal requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum: NQF 4 or Grade 12 or similar relevant qualification
• 2 years relevant experience
• Familiar with a technical environment
• Understanding of technical processes
• Health and safety standards
