City Of Cape Town Municipality Senior Professional Valuer Hiring Requirements:-

• A first degree in Property Studies/BTech or Ndip plus an Advanced
  diploma in Real Estate/Property Valuation
  – At least 5 to 8 years relevant experience, including 4 to 5 years
  appropriate property valuation experience
  – Be registered as per Section 20 (2) (a) of the Property Valuers Act,
  2000 as a Professional Valuer or Professional Associate Valuer without
  restrictions
  – Computer literacy (MS Office packages and Excel)
  – A valid Code B/EB driver’s licence.
