Midvaal Municipality Sanitation Superintendent Hiring Requirements:-

• Grade 12. – National Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. – Qualified Plumber/Millwright (Red Seal) will be an added advantage. – B-degree in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage. – Experience in sewer infrastructure maintenance and construction. – Valid code 08 or 10 Driver’s license. – Experience in the management of different sub section. – Excellent Communication, Interpersonal skills. – Computer Literacy (MSWord, Excel & PowerPoint). – Competent in interpretation, implementation and enforcement of relevant legislation and applicable policies. – Skills & Competencies associated with vocation: adaptability, communication, assertiveness/leadership skills, conflict & stress management, negotiation skills & problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail. – Project management and financial management skills & experience. – Hard working, self-motivated and self-disciplined person. – 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in sanitation within Local Government Authority.
