Ga-Segonyana Municipality Municipal Manager Hiring Requirements:-

Bachelor`s Degree in Public Administration/ Management/ Political Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Law or equivalent*Post Graduate Qualification will be an added advantage*A Certificate in Municipal Financial Management Programme (MFMP) or Certificate Programme in Municipal Development (CPMD) is a requirement in terms of the Minimum Competency Requirements of National Treasury Regulations*Minimum of 5 years relevant experience at a senior management level and have proven institutional transformation within Public or Private sector*Advanced knowledge and understanding of relevant Local Government Policies and Legislations*Advanced understanding of good governance and Institutional Governance Systems and Performance Management* Advanced understanding of good governance and Institutional Governance Systems and Performance Management*Advanced understanding of Council Operations and delegation of powers*Understanding of Audit and Risk Management and functionality*Knowledge of Budget processes and good financial management.
