City Of Cape Town Municipality Investment Facilitation Manager Hiring Requirements:-

• – An honours degree in Urban and Regional Planning OR
  a first degree or (NDip + BTech) or (NDip + Advanced Diploma), plus
  a Post Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning .
  – At least Eight (8) years extensive managerial and functional
  experience in a development planning environment.
  – In-depth knowledge and experience in reducing the regulatory
  burden and development cost for investment.
  – Knowledge of the City of Cape Town internal processes
  – Must be willing to work after hours, including weekends when
  required.
  – A valid Code B/ EB driver’s licence
