Victor Khanye Municipality Compliance Assistant Manager Hiring Requirements:-

Minimum Requirements: •

• Grade 12
   Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Auditing, Accounting or Legal
   Post Graduate degree with a registration with a professional body
  designation preferably RGA with public sector practice.
   a Minimum of 3 Years’ experience as a regulatory compliance specialist,
  auditor or similar within the public sector (municipal experience will be an
  added advantage)
   Code 10 (C1) Drivers Licence
   Good Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
   Presentation Skills
   Analytical Skills
   Critical Thinking Skills
   Auditing Skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

The Incumbent must ensure that the municipality complies with the
policy frameworks and objectives with internal and external partners
to ensure integration between functions in pursuit of strategic goals,
which inter-alia includes the following:
 Developing checklist, which are to track/monitor compliance
 Participate in strategic and risk management sessions/process to
highlight areas of non-compliance (for them to be included in the risk
register of the municipality
 Communicate a meaningful strategic context that articulates
functional purpose in relation to the municipality vision, purpose, and
philosophy.
 Ensure that the reporting deadlines as the MFMA, COGTA, AGSA
requirements are adhered to
 Ensure synchronization of reporting for all external and internal
stakeholders
