City of uMhlathuze Municipality Air Quality Manager Hiring Requirements:-

  • B-Tech Environmental Health/ BSc Environmental Management (
    specializing in Air Quality Management) or equivalent;
    ï‚· NQF level 7;
    ï‚· Computer literacy (Ms Office and Ms Excel);
    ï‚· Project management;
    ï‚· Technical ability in field of expertise;
    ï‚· Leadership and People management;
     Valid driver’s license;
    ï‚· Incumbent to be in good health and able to cope with environmental
    conditions, familiar with heights, use of five senses and able to
    traverse difficult terrain and also carry testing equipment;
    ï‚· The work environment does pose safety challenges and incumbent
    can be exposed to hazards during inspections;
    ï‚· The incumbent maybe required to work long hours due to call out and
    environmental accidents;
    ï‚· The incumbent will be required to be on standby after hours,
    weekends and public holidays according to team schedule;
    ï‚· 6 years relevant experience.
