Experience, skill and capability

Essential Experience
•    Min 5 years Software Development experience in C#, .Net 6.0 and .Net Core
•    SQL Server with good knowledge of SQL and T-SQL
•    Source control and continuous integration – ideally with a GIT based tool
•    WebServices – REST / JSON
•    A lean / agile development mind-set
•    Test automation techniques and methods

Advantageous Experience
•    Azure exposure + Azure Functions
•    Azure Kubernetes Service
•    Azure Dev Ops
•    Application Gateway (WAF, Ingress Controller),
•    Kubectl
•    TDD / DDD
•    Event Sourcing / CQRS
•    Java skills
•    Deploying software to Cloud using architectural best practices

Education
•    BSc in Computer Science or related field

•    you’re curious about new technologies and how the financial industry works
•    you’re comfortable working in a team that deals with ambiguity
•    you hold yourself and others to a high bar when working with production systems
•    you thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts
•    you have strong experience building backend software
•    you’re interested in distributed systems and writing resilient, scalable and secure software
•    you have experience building software in a statically typed language (C#, Java etc.)
•    you enjoy and have experience building APIs
