• Creates Documents And Deliver Structured And Compelling External Coal Sourcing Strategy And Execution Plans Based On Data-driven Insights, Stakeholder Needs And Business Objectives Within A Recognised

Strategic Sourcing Process.
• Strategically Manage Coal Purchases Portfolio To Drive Security Of Supply, Risk Mitigation And Reduced Cost Base.
• Understanding Of The Changing Business Needs Regarding Coal Demand And Supply, Research Coal, Market Trends And Dynamics.
• Testing And Evaluation Of The New Coal Sources And Coal Qualities.
• Develop And Maintain Long-term Strategic Relationship With Coal Miners Or Producers.
• Build And Maintain Effective Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders To
Ensure Successful Implementation Of Coal Purchases Strategies In Sasol Mining Operations And
Identify Enhancement Opportunities.
• Collaborate With Sasol Coal Supply (Scs) To Support Sasol Mining Operations’ Coal Purchases Targets Are Achieved Within A Required Coal Quality Specification.
• Provide Input Into Sasol Mining Capacity Planning Regarding Tons And Quality Forecasting (Tqf) For The External Coal Purchases.

Formal Education:

University Bachelor’s Degree Or Btech Degree In Engineering In (Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Mining, Industrial Engineering).

Min Experience:
11+ Years Mining Operations Experience
Specialization And Proven Experience In Mining Will Be An Added AdvantageCompetencies:
