  purpose

  To lead the IT audit team and provide assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management and control over IT Systems and Platforms, General IT Controls, CAATs and Projects. Furthermore, to take accountability for the management and development of the IT audit team and to provide consulting services to the client

  experience and qualifications

  •         Extensive experience and knowledge on General Controls Review,   Application Controls Review, CAATS and Project Auditing is a pre-requisite.
  •         Honours degree in Information Systems
  •         CISA will be an advantage
  •         3 – 5 years supervisory or management experience in Internal or External Audit a prerequisite.
  •         Although based in Bank City, the position requires minimal travelling from time to time
  •         Driver’s license essential.
  •         Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  •         Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills.
  •         Excellent interpersonal skills.
  •         Build relationships with customers that will result in a long-term win-win partnership.

  •         BSC / B.Com (Information Systems) or equivalent degree
  •         At least 3 years Application Control Reviews (ACR) and / or Project auditing experience
  •         Experience in banking and financial services environment will be an advantage
  •         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  •         Driver’s licence preferred.
