Requirements:

Legal Degree (BJuris, BProc, LLB).
Admitted Attorney.
5 years of experience in the legal field.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
Knowledge and experience in commercial law, contract law and administrative law.
Knowledge and understanding of PFMA, PPPFA and interpretation of statutes.
Experience in and understanding of organisational policies, procedures and business objectives and strategies.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and listening skills.
Planning, drafting and problem-solving skills.
Administrative and negotiation skills.
Time management skills.
