Table of Contents

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 or Equivalent
  • Basic Occupational First Aid
  • NOSA basic hygiene course
  • 2 Years work experience especially in a healthcare facility

Primary Duties

  • Cleaning of Occupational Health Medical Centre ablutions areas and sluice room facilities
  • Damp dusting of all medical equipment in examination rooms.
  • Checking of cleaning materials.
  • Ensure Linen cupboard is always packed with clean linen.
  • The fridge and kitchen at the medical Centre should be cleaned regularly.
  • Ensure medication fridge is cleaned and is at the correct temperature.
