Job Title:-Cadet Process Learnership
Location:- South Africa

You will be supporting our teams in performing the following duties:

• Manual operation of equipment, which includes operating of valves, manual sampling  as well as stopping the operation if working conditions are unsafe.
• Perform inspections on equipment.
• Start and stop equipment where required.
• Please note that this is a shift position.

This is role is in the Processing Department at a B2 level and reports into the Plant Production Manager.

Qualifications:

In order to be considered for this role, you must have:

• Grade 12 – Mathematics and Physical Science with a minimum of 40% on each subject.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be able to do standby shifts and work overtime when required
• Able to work on heights and in confined spaces
• Have a valid South African Driver’s License
• Basic Computer literacy skills
• Must be a South African Citizen
• Must pass the relevant psychometric assessment
• Must be medically fit
