• Construction Management:
• Monitor operational construction management by reviewing reports, identifying anomalies, analyzing the underlying problems, engaging with team members, providing recommendations on corrective action and
  following up on actions taken monthly and as required
• Asset Quality Monitoring and Review:
• Monitor adherence to portfolio management business processes by tracking compliance with business processes and the Company’s Lending & Credit Policy, identifying areas of non-compliance, engaging with the relevant people to implement corrective action and following up on implementation and as required
• Manage that buildings’ condition is maintained by reviewing the project review reports, identifying areas of concern, raising concerns, agreeing on corrective action and following up on actions taken monthly and as required
• Monitor that valuations are consistent, conservative realistic, and market related by reviewing triennial valuations or any other valuation conducted in the loan servicing stage, analyzing the valuation, identifying areas of concern, appointing external valuers and commissioning independent external valuations ( if applicable), raising concerns, agreeing on corrective action and follow up on actions taken as required
• Manage cyclical compliance and project management by monitoring submissions and maintenance of occupational health and safety compliances, building compliance requirements, annual audited financial statements, and any other compliance requirements, identifying areas of concern, raising concerns, agreeing on corrective action
  and following up on actions taken monthly and as required
• Conduct independent assessments by identifying assets with anomalies in the building condition and/or cyclical compliances, conducting or commissioning the building
  inspections, identifying and assessing occupational health and safety risks and anomalies; making recommendations,
  agreeing on corrective action and follow up on action taken monthly and as required
• Manage independent valuations by identifying needs, selecting and appointing valuers, managing service provider performance, reviewing reports and presenting findings and recommendations for action, agreeing on corrective action, and monitoring implementation as required
• Monitor the management of external property managers appointed to exercise the Company’s cession of income right by evaluating property management reports, analyzing performance, identifying performance concerns, and addressing property managers monthly and as required
